Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

5 oz salad oil
8 oz water
5 oz tex val (frozen egg yolks)
1 1/4 cups sugar
9 oz cake flour
2 ½ oz cocoa
2 ½ oz baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
8 ½ oz egg white
5 oz granulated sugar
½ tsp cream of tartar

Mix first four ingredients together in machine bowl and whip for 1 to 2 minutes. Add next five dry ingredients and whip on one-third speed till smooth. Remove to a new container and clean bowl and whip thoroughly. Add egg whites and cream of tartar to bowl and whip to very soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and whip to firm peaks, but not dry. Gently fold cake batter into egg whites until color is uniform. Divide between two 12"x14" sheet pans with liner. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Run 7 miles on a treadmill to burn off the fat.
