Snow Crab and Asian Noodle Salad

Snow crab salad mix:
1 lb. snow crab meat
1 red onion, diced fine
8 stalks celery, diced fine
½ c. sour cream
½ c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk

Soba noodles
Radicchio cups
Snow crab claws
Radish sprouts for garnish

Mix together ingredients for snow crab salad mix. Put cold soba noodles in radicchio cups and top with snow crab salad mix. Garnish with a snow crab claw and radish sprouts.
