 Passion Pineapple SalsaSource: Lori Cardenas, Aunty Lilikoi Products6 lb, 6-oz. can crushed or diced tomatoes, drained 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 large red onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. lime juice 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped 1 cup Aunty Lilikoi Unsweetened Passion Fruit Juice 12 oz. jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped 3 cloves garlic, chopped Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
