Smoke Fish Rolls
Any type of fish marinated for 12 hours or more in a mixture of 40% Kosher Salt and 60% Sugar with 3 tablespoons liquid smoke. Cook in an oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool fish and mix with boursin & cream cheese, then add sautéed white onions and celery to mixture. Roll mixture with lumpia wrappers.
Same as the Smoke Fish Rolls with the exception on no marinades and cooking involved.
