The Leis Dedicated to Brian, my love Submitted by Anonymous It was a second wedding for both of us. Not entered into hastily. We were surrounded by family, who had been there to support each of us during our difficult times. It was a day we had both waited and longed for. Our wedding rings were made in Hawaii-beautiful gold bands circled with maile leaves and plumeria. Our vows were from a Hawaiian love song: "Wear my love as a lei around your neck, to comfort you in lonely places." As a beautiful surprise, my husband arranged for us to exchange live flower leis as a symbol of our love. We try to live our lives, and marriage with Aloha.
