It's never too late for love! Dedicated to Chuck Andrews Submitted by Angela I first met Chuck Andrews at the tender age of 12. He was the catcher on my father's baseball team. I was a tomboy and filled in as the scorekeeper and announcer for the team. We both had crushes on each other and I understand there was a bet Chuck had with another team member as to who would kiss me first. Life took us in different directions and we both married and moved away from our hometown. At the age of 39, I found myself divorced. I was visiting my mother's office and a nice looking man passed. Mom asked me, "Don't you recognize Chuck Andrews?" She called him over and we were re-introduced as adults. Two months later, Chuck found himself divorced. My Mom was the matchmaker and she encouraged Chuck to "give Angela a call if you need a friend." Our first phone conversation led to a face to face meeting and the rest is history. We married a year and a half later. We had finally rediscovered the "love of our lives". It has always been our dream to visit Hawaii, the most romantic place on the planet. Afterall, isn't that the perfect place to celebrate the most romantic love of your life? As for the bet mentioned earlier, Chuck won the bet, but twenty seven years later.
