Our Trip to the Altar Dedicated to Gene Submitted by Anonymous Gene and I met a year ago Valentine's Day. We had never spoken before or seen each other. It was sparks the moment we met. It was like God had brought us together and said that was it. From there it just took off. We saw each other almost every night and we knew we had found a love that would last a lifetime. We talked of marriage and planned to one day be engaged. Some of our friends tried to tell us we were too young and moving too fast, but we knew it was meant to be. One night in August at our Friday night Bible study Gene popped the question. I thought he was joking and told him to get up off his knee and stop kidding around, but it was for real. I couldn't believe it was all really happening. Our wedding is on February 11th, 2006. We've always wanted to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon because it is so beautiful there. Finances and our parents health have put a strain on planning the wedding we've always wanted. So this is why we are entering this sweepstakes is to try and obtain the Honeymoon of our dreams in HAWAII!!! God Bless!
