A Special Kind of Love Dedicated to my husband, Phil Submitted by Anonymous I had lived many years ago(1969 - 1971)in Hawaii and just felt alone. Trying to sort out my life, I long for marriage and someone to love me. In 1975, I met the man I knew I would marry. We dated only 5 months before we married. We were madly in love and nothing else mattered. However, soon after our wedding, I became ill and over the next 20 years, I was in and out of hospitals. Many surgeries and hospitalizations later, my dear husband still cares for me like it was the day we married. He unselfishly cared for me, cooked, cleaned, took care of 2 small children, and, loved me inspite of changes in appearance. I would love to do something for him. To show him how much I still love him almost 30 years later. This man gave up so much to take care of a very sick wife. Thankfully, I am well and havent been ill for about 9 years. I never would have gotten to this point if Phil hadnt sacrificed so much for me. God has blessed me with so much and I will never ever forget how this man loved me unconditionally.
