I found the eight sacred pool in your kindness to me, I found a peace inside my self in Hawaii. Waking at night, distant sounds of morning birds at flight I found time to take notice of dawns moving light. L.A keeps a prisoner of me, but there are nightly escapes , the key hidden it seems are those stolen hours in Hawaii. sand shifts over times beach, life takes over and dreams retreat, I wonder sometimes the person I would be ,given the chance to live the island life that has eluded me.
