Sand Bar Wedding Dedicated to My Future Husband Submitted by Cm We met in Hawaii, where I had won a vacation. You were the pilot on the flight-seeing tour I took. You were so handsome and friendly. We discovered our common interest in flying, among other things. We exchanged phone numbers. I returned home a few days later and you had left a message: you were coming to Alaska to get to know me better. We spent a weekend per month together for the next 8 months. It was in June when you asked me to marry you. We married in July, on a sand bar on our favorite river. We each flew our planes there, with our families aboard, to dedicate our lives to each other.
