Love that took so Long Dedicated to Nathan Stafiej Submitted by melissa It all started one night when a group of us were playing some board games. I was sitting in the kitchen when this great looking guy walked in. Our eyes met and he introduced himself to me. We hit it off all night but after that we did not bump into each other for about 6 more months. At this time we immediately started talking, to find out that we were both just recently involved in other relationships. We continued to meet like this for the next year. At my friend Shawn's Birtday we ended up crashing on the same bed and I later found out that he did not sleep a wink that night because he wanted to watch me sleep. At this point he was still my little crush. We started hanging out more and then one night he called me all upset because he had broken up with his girl friend. Being his friend we talked for along time and he felt better. Later that week our group of friends all went out and i had to drive him home. As usual I went to give him a hug but instead he kissed me. It was the most wonderful kiss ever. Ever since then we have been together and he always tells me that the first moment he saw me he fell in love with me. In a way I felt the same way and now know that my life would not be complete with out him. I always wanted to take a trip to Hawaii with just the two of us but neither of us can afford it being ful time students. We both need a holiday.
