I left my heart in Hawaii Dedicated to My Husband Of 38 Yrs Submitted by Karen We visited Hawaii years ago and have never forgotten it, I left part of my heart there, to return again. We did visit again and left another part of my heart again. We have now visited 10 times, my husband still has my heart but so does Hawaii. The culture of the islands of the imu and the taste of the pork, the warm breeze hitting your face. The sunsets, the color of the ocean, the sun hitting you make us feel so so special. So many things to do and see but we like the relaxing little things, like watch the surfers, tourist having fun and the smiles on their faces. Watching the sum bathers by the pool or ocean, are just so relaxing. Seeing a palms sway or a flower grow, the volcanos, or even diamond head for the history, you just have to leave you heart or a part of your soul in this wonderful place. God gave us a great gift called Hawaii. But most of all a feeling of peace called Hawaii.
