From here to eternity? Dedicated to Holiday Romances Submitted by Gillian It began on the beach in Bermuda, I was sunbathing with my sister. The Sun was hot, the water blue, and we were both the colour of choclotate bunnies. Allan and his friend came over to us to say hi so my sister invited them over to our house the next night. We had dinner and Allan was really fun to be with and I know I fell in love with him that night... He left the next day... Allan and I would write to one another every week after that and he sent me a ticket to come visit him in Vancouver for Christmas.. I did and he asked me to marry him! I said yes and went back to Bermuda sporting a beautiful engagement ring... I moved to Vancouver two monthes later and exactly six months after we met we were married! We had our honeymoon in Hawaii such lovely memories! There is no other place like it to relax! Four Children and 25 years later we are proof that holiday romances can work.
