The Seaview Suite is owned and operated by Mrs. Monica Adams-Hansen, who can be found at the local neighborhood high school, where she teaches art and cinematography. Or, when she's not teaching, she will be at her residence, greeting her guests and helping them to get acquainted with Kauai, and all of the beauty this Garden Island has to offer. Monica is very meticulous as to the presentation of her Suite, and ensures immaculate cleanliness, offering a complimentary Kauai snacks welcome basket for her guests' arrival. While balancing two careers, she manages to squeeze in some time for outdoor recreation. She often is seen jogging around her neighborhood, or swimming and snorkeling at nearby Poipu Beach. The accommodations are completely self contained, with privacy and large ocean view lanais.
