Hawaii's only private lakeside resort, this luxury ecological hideaway is nestled on a five-acre peninsula of botanical gardens surrounded by a private twenty acre freshwater lake with over 1,000 feet of lake frontage and a private white sand beach. The estate is landscaped with lush tropical foliage with over 150 varieties of flowers such as orchids, bromeliads, gingers and heliconias as well as mango, banana, papaya and over fifty other fruit trees. The property is a perfect alternative for guests who desire the luxury of a five-star resort with the peace and seclusion of a private retreat. Many couples have treated their guests to a weeklong series of events at Kilauea Lakeside Estate including spa days, kayaking, mini-golf tournaments and fishing contests. A variety of other soft adventure activities and specialty tours are available in the nearby communities of Kilauea, Princeville and Hanalei. Although my property offers the privacy and serenity of a tropical rural paradise, it is ideally situated across the street from ten miles of nearly deserted beaches. Also, it is located only ten minutes from the Princeville Resort complex and fifteen minutes from Kapaa, which offers complete dining and shopping facilities.
