Come aboard for a delightful 2 hour and 15-minute cruise of discovery and adventure. Our Dolphin Adventure and Whale Watching glass bottom cruise focuses on the marine mammals and sea life of Kona. Dolphins, whales, manta rays, turtles, tropical fish and more inhabit our waters year round. The majestic Humpback Whales come here during the winter months (December through April) to mate and give birth to their young. Along the way our narrator will "talk story" about the marine mammals and sea life we encounter. We will learn of the rich history and points of interest that make up the scenic Kona coast. Enjoy a delicious buffet style lunch on the PM Dolphin tour or snacks and juice on the AM Dolphin tour or light snacks on the Whale Watch tour. The "Spirit of Kona" is Kona's only boat designed for viewing marine life above and below the surface. It features 360' topside viewing and 2 giant glass bottom viewing windows for undersea viewing. We offer a variety of excursions. The "Spirit of Kona" is a versatile vessel certified by the USCG to carry up to 149 passengers. She can easily be converted to serve buffet style dinners for special occasions such as private parties, anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, special holiday festivities, memorials at sea, and other special events.
