The Casa de Emdeko is an ocean front complex. Our unit is approximately 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, a fully stocked kitchen, including large refrigerator-freezer, ice dispenser, all the modern cookware and dishes, a sit-down bar, living and dining area, including two day beds in living room for extra guests, a TV, VCR, DVD player, local telephone with personal answering machine, games and books for your entertainment. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has two twins. The condo has central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, and lots of closet space adding to your comfort. This condo is on the ground level, and just steps from the freshwater pool. You will enjoy all day sun on the lanai. The Casa de Emdeko has two swimming pools on the premises. One is a fresh water pool and the other is a salt water pool piped directly in from the ocean. Just steps from your doorway is a sandy beach with loungers and tables so you can enjoy the ocean. There is a large cabana with dining area and kitchen for cooking out and entertaining. There are four large gas grills for your use should you need them. The complex is well maintained with gardens, waterfalls, and "greenery" to help make the Casa de Emdeko a scenic part of your stay. It is very well lit at night with pathway walk lights and other security lighting with ample parking lot lighting for your vehicle. For your convenience there is maid service and laundry facilities (the unit has washer/dryer). On site there are commercial facilities such as real estate companies, convenience store, deli, florist, Internet cafe and much more. The Casa de Emdeko Luxury Condominium is suited for families and couples looking to get away from the rigors of life, but never leave the comforts of the city.
